Global Shapers are driven young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who are committed to creating positive change in their cities. Our members come from all walks of life — engineers, educators, entrepreneurs, creatives — united by a shared passion for meaningful impact. Membership is entirely voluntary and requires roughly 10 hours of engagement per week.

- Strong communication skills in English or Arabic

Process
How It Works
Apply
Submit your application with your background, interests, and motivation to join. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Screening
Our team reviews applications in two main cycles. We may reach out with follow-up questions.
Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited for a conversation with hub members to explore alignment and fit.
Welcome
Successful applicants join as Guest Shapers — a collaborative trial period before full membership.
